Interactive Spinning Mount:

This short video shows the new device that I use to hang the paintings using a rotating mount that allows the viewer to change the orientation of the piece, de facto becoming a participant in the artistic experience. Each observer will have a different favorite orientation as it happens and can change the piece at will. 

It engages with the viewer in a collaborative effort with some of the heavy lifting actually done by the viewer who can approach the work in a more emboldened manner, even to the point of viewing the work at any angle, freed from the angle it was originally composed and painted in. The artistic experience is enriched for both viewer and artist, this is how I have always felt when people rotate the work, engaging with it most viscerally, touching and changing the piece altogether!
